Emerald Bay elopement photos of a newly married couple holding each other right after their small ceremony in South Lake Tahoe on a beautiful fall day. There are so many great locations around this bay for wedding pictures. It's honestly hard to take a bad photograph here, but I will say that the light is a little tricky here. Once you've photographed enough weddings and engagement sessions here you'll get the hang of it and now where to go or place the couples. Sometimes you'll even need to bring along a flash so you can over power the sun like I did here in this photo. The best light in Emerald Bay for portrait photography is at sunrise or early in the morning.
