Down by the park area are some nice wooded areas with lake views that are perfect for portraits and not as crowded during the day time. Just a short walk away is a public pier that is perfect for these types of photos and is stunning during golden hour. With golden hour in mind most all newly weds set aside some time during their reception to go back out for sunset photos along the lakeshore. During those crowded summer months this is usually the only time you’ll have access to take these lakeside photos without having masses of people in the background of your pictures.
