Wine and Roses is one of the premier wedding and event centers in the heart of Lodi California wine country. Wine and Roses is also a luxury hotel, wine tasting rooms and spa. This venue is one of those event centers that offers all the amenities that a wedding could ever want, which makes it one of the most highly sought after event centers in the Northern California area.
Wine Roses offers a huge bridal suite called the “Deodar Room” which is located on the second story of the Garden Ballroom for wedding parties to get ready at before the start of the ceremony and events for the day. This suite is one of the biggest I’ve seen and photographed in the area and greater Sacramento area. They do not offer a second getting ready area, but they do offer luxury hotel rooms to rent to get ready in. Most couples do end up booking a room the groom and his groomsmen to get ready in. This is another huge bonus of this venue is having the ability to have all your wedding guest stay at the hotel during your big day. When guest are able to stay at the wedding site it creates less headaches for everyone and lets guest enjoy the day to its fullest. Once everyone is dressed and ready it’s time to head to the ceremony site.
Wine and Roses offers a couple unique locations for couples to tie the knot at. The first ceremony location is called the “Wedding Garden” this area is located just outside the courtyard and fountain area. This spot is a lush garden and lawn area. Your ceremony location can be set up in a couple different directions depending on what you want as a backdrop. The great thing about the “Wedding Garden” is that most all of the area is shaded by giant trees through out the day. This is a huge plus on those hot afternoons. The second area is the “Cellar Room & Patio” this indoor ceremony site is used for smaller events and when the weather turns wet or when it’s just too hot out. The third ceremony location is the “Pavilion & Patio” tent area. This site is only used when the rains come. The other area that is only used when it’s cold and rainy is the Garden Ballroom. There are many ceremony sites to choose from here, which gives you a lot of options for your big day and it’s nice knowing you have a plan B when the weather turns bad unlike other venues in the area.
Once your ceremony is over and formal portraits are finished you’ll be able to walk the grounds with your Wine and Roses wedding photographer to capture your couple’s portraits. There are many locations to pick from on the expansive grounds of the hotel and event center area. The wedding garden area has many spots for photos that receive the nice afternoon light coming through the trees. Another area is the courtyard and patio area that has lush gardens, a fountain and other pretty areas to pick from. The last area that produces many great portraits is the surrounding area around the Garden Ballroom. After your portraits are finished you’ll be able to join your family and friends for cocktail hour in the covered “Pavilion & Patio” area before the start of your dinner and reception.
Wine and Roses wedding receptions take place in the massive “Garden Ballroom” that can hold up to 320 guest for dinner and dancing. This stunning open beam ceiling room is one of the biggest receptions sites in the local area for events and meals. Two of the walls are lined by huge windows that let in a flood of natural light, which helps bring the outdoors, indoors. The center of the far wall has a gigantic fireplace that is the center piece of this grand ballroom. There are many ways to arrange your tables and dance floor during your event, but there is plenty of room to accommodate all of your guest. The event planner here can also recommend how the ballroom should be set up once they know your guest count and if you want a head table, sweet heart table or none of the above. Once your dinner is over and the dancing starts guest who do not want to partake in the dancing can still go outside and enjoy the pavilion and patio area.
Wine and Roses is a one of a kind wedding and event center that is booked out every weekend most of the year. So if you’re one of those couples that would like to host your wedding here please contact their wedding planner so you can take a site visit of this amazing event location.
